Lumotrix distribute Sharp reflectors made by Optosource.
Optosource make reflectors for the Mega Zenigata, Tiger Zenigata and Mini Zenigata series of Sharp LEDs. These LEDs are also known as MegaZeni, TigerZeni and MiniZeni respectively. A LED holder is required to interface these LEDs with the reflectors. Optosource supply a plastic holder called SHHMEGA-P for the MegaZeni and SHHMINI-P for the MiniZeni. The Lumotrix stock codes for all Optosource holders are the same as the Optosource ones. As with all Optosource holders , the purchasers solder their own wires on to the LED. Lumotrix also supply our own Lumoclip LED holder which we will provide with wires and a TigerZeni or MegaZeni LED of your choice. Optosource does not make a holder for TigerZeni. Lumotrix has found that standard temperature range plastic will start to melt with the new 50W high power MegaZeni LEDs, if there is no eternal air flow. OptoSource has supplied us with special high temperature plastic for some of these versions with the order code H1C in them instead of C1C. Optosource hold stocks of high temperature plastic and can mould all reflectors in this plastic if demand is sufficient.
